Cancellation Policy
Cancellations received prior to April 10, 2012 will be refunded less a 10% administrative fee. Cancellations received between April 10, 2012 and May 10, 2012 will be refunded 50% of the pre-paid conference fee. Cancellations received after May 11, 2012 will not be eligible for any refunds. If for any reason the conference should be cancelled, Real Software will refund the registration fee within 90 days of cancelling the conference.
