Cancellations received prior to March 1, 2013 will be refunded less a 10% administrative fee. Cancellations received between March 2, 2013 and April 9, 2013 will be refunded 50% of the pre-paid conference fee. Cancellations received after April 9, 2013 will not be eligible for any refunds. If for any reason the conference should be cancelled, Real Software will refund the registration fee within 90 days of cancelling the conference.
