Building for Windows95

I am using RealBasic v5.2 for Windows on a computer running Windows XP
professional. I understand that any builds I make should run on a
Windows95 machine, but on attempting to run these I get two error messages
before the program fails to run. They are-

"The <name of app> file is linked to missing export
SHELL32DLL:SHGetPathFromDListW" and

C:\<name of file> A device attached to the system is not functioning"

Any advice would be greatly appreciated
