Hi btraver! Yup, sounds like what I call the Endless Compiling bug on Windows. It still exists on the current RB release, 5.5.2.

I reported this May 4; it's bug ID# afslncli. And I provided a demo program that exhibits the bug. May 5 I received an e-mail from RS: "Our testing staff has verified the report ...".

That's the last I've heard of it.  Please sign on to my bug report.
