Undocumented Method in MoviePlayer Control?

There doesn't seem to be a documented method for stepping forward or backward by one frame *within* the MoviePlayer Class, yet when the Controller property is set to 2 (full control bar below movie), you *are* able to step frame by frame through the movie by pressing the buttons on the right end of the controller.

I can access all of the other properties that the control bar presents (Volume, Play, Stop), but not the "step" method. It seems to me that since this method is already part of the MoviePlayer Control (...right?), I shouldn't have to subclass it, or create a QTtrack to gain access to this method...What gives??
