Don't be so greedy ;)
The Windows functionality Suite allows you to grab icons. Not sure as to
the specifics, but I believe it grabs an icon ID'd by a specific number. I
modified it at one time to allow you to select from a list of numbers and it
would provide an icon if there was one with that ID. So, theoretically, you
could loop through them all and grab any that are found. How do you
determine how many there are?
Please share any info you can as I haven't seen much regarding icons for
Windows.

Einhugur/MBS plugins return only one default icon with different size, but
