If REAL isn't going to make the online help usable by speeding up its
scrolling response time, might it be possible to consider making the
online help exportable into some other form? HTML would be great, but
just
one gigantic textfile would at least make it possible for me to make
some
headway here. m.
Matt, the entire language ref manual is stored as a resource called
"OnRf" in the RB app. You can extract that and you've got one huge text
file. But it would be in a raw, unformatted state littered with control
codes (like looking at a Word document in BBEdit). If you can figure
out the protocol used, you could write an RB app that would convert it
to HTML.
