That's a big deterrent to me.
I believe Y_UserInterfaces is free and there has been an
English version of

This isn't an actual translation tho, it's an automated
translation done by Excite's translation program (which will
probably stop functioning soon, giving Excite's death), which
gives you a literal translation. Thusly it can be very
confusing. Hence I stand by my statement :P
I did, however, notice that Y_UserInterfaces offers better dock
menu support then CarbonEvents, so for that I recommend it.
