Apple stopped at 2.5. I don't know how someone can get off making a program with the same name as what Apple made and not get sued for using the name. Oh well. This is what I heard anyway. There was a "Super ResEdit" that let you edit data forks. That version I know was approved by Apple to be released - althought not "officially". It, and I think 3.0, were further developed by some guys on the ResEdit team.
