I have a partner I develop programs with who also can get OS X to crash under circumstances that no one else can replicate. We have identical TiBook G4 667's with 512 Mb RAM (their serial numbers are sequential)
Mine works flawlessly under OS X, his is absolutely nuts.
I've even gone so far as to reinstall his and set it up like mine with all the same apps, patches and upgrades and they still behave like radically different machines.

Very weird.

If this is not contributing to your problem I'd love to hear what you do discover. Even after fixing all these in one of my projects I've got a beta tester who is able to make it crash repeatedly on OSX, so there may be more issues, or I may have missed an extra call to close somewhere.

Good Luck,
 James
