Simple send email app ?

Hi listers
I was thinking of building a very small simple email sender.

All it would be would be the recipients address, the subject, the message
and a send button.

The catch...I want to use it on Windows platform and want to pass
the recipients address, the subject, and the message from another
application which loads into the email sender - so all the user has to
do is click send if they want to send it.

So how can I pass three variables to the email sender as it opens ???

Any ideas / code to share ??
