Could it be that quicktime isn't installed?
I dont think so, or if it is the problem then its behaving differently to
how I would expect.
I check for the existance of quicktime as the first thing I do, and where
its missing provide the user with an url to download etc etc
...also the requirement is well posted elsewhere.
<g> doesn't mean that isn't the problem of course, so Ill email and check,
but that part of the application is well tested and has worked for a long
while....
