Sure; just add the file type (MacType 'clpt') to your file types, and
check the "Document Icon" checkbox. Actually reading the text clip when
you receive the OpenDocument event is another story; AFAIK not even
BBEdit knows how to do that. I guess you'll just have to parse the
contents of the clipping (in it's 'TEXT' resource) yourself, or find a
suitable toolbox call.
