I can confirm the caching problem.
I would compile my app (for OS X.2) on my OS 9.2 box.
Transfer the compiled app to OS X Applications folder
and launch. It would be the previous version.
I finally just copied the app from OS 9.2 box to the
desktop of my OS 10.2 box and the correct version
launched.
