Hi,
I have seen it few times that if I use serial control dragged to
window, close and reopen then I sometimes get problems reading (on
all rb versions from 2 - 4.5 and on os9.2 and win32).
But if I create class based on serial, and new it as property in
window, application or module then all should work as expected.
New the class and set port. When finished then close and nil.
If you reopen then New theClass again and set port. Should work as
expected then.
