Is it possible to get the application FolderItem via Declares in a
way that will work in Classic/Carbon/Win32 and Rb 5.0.0? You can do
it by setting a FolderItem to 'GetFolderItem("")' and testing all the
files in that folder, but that seems like a workaround to me.
