EMailMessage Class

I would like to be able to handle each of the three string properties,
BodyHTML, BodyPlainText and BodyEnrichedText, of the EMailMessage class
differently. I've tried testing for equals empty and not empty, but this
does not seem to work.

Any idea's how can I tell what kind of Email message I have in the
MessageReceived Event?
