MBS offers pretty extensive support for Windows, including a broad array of Windows-only functions. It virtually doubles the size of the RB language, offering alternative or unique methods and tools.

Einhugur is also an extremely versatile plug in set, opening up a powerful set of additional GUI controls.

There are others, but they are more application specific.
