Hi Folks,
I'm enjoying experimenting with Mach-O binaries and console apps, but
am running into some little annoyances with the build process.
When you make a Mach-O build, it builds the bundle for you, thats
great, except that the whole thing is deleted each time. So if you've
added your own helper apps or extra resources or whatever to the
bundle, they get deleted and have to be replaced into the new bundle.
Like I said, minor, but since you'll be doing this 100 times a day
while working on something it becomes a major waste of effort and time.
Similar problem for console apps, the build folder is deleted and
recreated. So if you're in the folder in the terminal and about to run
the app again, you'll find that you can't, you have to back out and cd
back in again. Also minor, but after the 30th time you're gonna start
swearing at it.
I hope it will be easy to adjust it so that if the bundle is already
there that it just replaces the binary, same for console apps! I've put
in a feature request and if anybody else thinks it's worth a moment,
the link to add yourself to the feature request is here:
