When you make a Mach-O build, it builds the bundle for you, thats
great, except that the whole thing is deleted each time. So if you've
added your own helper apps or extra resources or whatever to the
bundle, they get deleted and have to be replaced into the new bundle.
Like I said, minor, but since you'll be doing this 100 times a day
while working on something it becomes a major waste of effort and
time.
Let me suggest a work-around. Make an AppleScript that tells RB to do
the build, and then moves your extra stuff into it (and launches it,
if you like). Stick this in your Extras menu, and use that instead of
Run/Build.
Your feature request would still be better, of course, but maybe this
will help you in the meantime.
And how about sharing that Applescript so those of us who know nothing
about Applescript don't have to spend considerable trying to figure out
how to write one.
