Folder Locations on XP_OSX_Linux

Someone had asked about various folder locations on platforms they did 
not have.
I needed some of the same info. I built a quick app that gets this info.
I have the "BIG 3" ( Mac, Win and Linux) but there may be differences 
between the versions of each.
