No big deal in the US. They are only likely to get serious scrutiny in
the EU as the US JOD has only really slapped them on the wrists and
said "Bad boys. Now go place nice" and walked away. Th few remaining
states that are still suing for antitrust violations are the lone
holdouts who see the remedy as ineffective

Buying? My guess is that the powers that be in RS would not sell at
this time. Ten years from now, possibly.
They bought Bungie for one product so I wouldn't rule this out.
Then destroyed it, might I add. Remember what Halo was GOING to be
before M$ got their hands on it?
With MS there is no way to stay under their radar if you're successful.
That's the idea. If you're successful, you should be on everybody's
radar. If you're not on many radars, you can't be successful.
