I thought it was supposed to be fixed as well. And many servers do work 
fine. But technically, RB's SMTP client should be doing an EHLO, as you 
indicate. The best way to find out would be to sniff the packets and 
see. If I get motivated, I might try to do that, and if I do I'll let 
you know what I discover.
