In Linux where each window can have a menubar, I don't necessarily want
a menubar on every window, but if I don't do that then there is the
possibility of a user closing all the windows with menubars and leaving
only a minor window open with no menubar to switch back to other
windows.
I thought about hiding the menubars except when the individual windows were activated - I can allocate 'none' to a window's menubar in the IDE, but how can I do that in the application?
