The PPD for the Stylewriter2400 has a built-in set of margins (half-inch
all-around). The printout on the Mac starts printing at slightly over the
one-inch mark from the paper's edge. The debugger shows the left margin at
36 Points (half an inch), and the printer graphics object does in fact start
drawing at the coordinate (0,0).
