According to the user experience docs, it should default to Tahoma on 
Win2k and up.  Unfortunately, in practice it still defaults to MS Sans 
Serif.  We had changed our font system to default to Tahoma on Win2k and 
up recently, but got numerous complaints about not looking like other 
apps installed on the system, so we rolled the change back.
