Yeah, poor old CodeWarrior got cut off at the knees by Apple's move to Intel processors. I believe they sold off the iNTEL versions of their compilers (to Nokia?) and signed a non-compete as part of that deal.

That said, if you have projects built with the an OS9-only version of CW that you want to bring forward, then this is a reasonably-priced path. I like PowerPlant (and still occasionally miss the ability I had in PP to trace through the framework to understand what's going on).

It's too bad it's the end of the line - it's impossible to compete with a good, free competitor though.
