Nilobject

Hey people,

Where would I put in code that would execute when I get a nilobject  
error, this application must be shutdown ?
I would like to have a window that pops up giving you a chance of e- 
mailing me back, but can't find a way to put some code universally in  
my app, meaning only one place :)
