Are there currently any solutions available for using Preemptive
Threads in a Universal Binary? The PreemptiveThreadTD Plugin by
Taylor Design is great but it is not Universal. Any suggestions
would be great.
It will be tonight. I finally got a chance to update the plugin over
Thanksgiving weekend, but then hit a problem in testing that prevented me
from releasing it Sunday. Turned out to be a problem with the way a timer
was interacting with a thread in my test app, not the actual toolkit, but I
didn't figure that out until yesterday because it was a crash that only
happened rarely. I had to set the test app to repeatedly run the test thread
and would not see the crash sometimes for hours.
The test app ran fine all night now that the timer is fixed. I just have to
package and upload things.
