(My apologies if this is a repost. I have not seen it show up on the
list after some time)

I've started using Windows XP on my Mac recently and now I frequently
run into a situation I'm hoping a knowledgeable Windows user can help
me with. When I launch the Remote Debugger Stub application in XP, I
get a warning to the effect that its publisher is unknown, and is
questionable trustworthiness. I have to click in the alert to get it
to execute. I have also seen this with other applications that were
not installed with an installer. My question: is there some way to
tell Windows that this application (and others that I have not
installed with an installer) are trustworthy so that I don't have to
OK it every time I want to run the remote debugger?
