Both RB4.5.3 and RB2007 give you the following permissions for PEF apps: -rw-r--r-- The vast majority of the time this seems fine. However, I'm having a few customer complaints that after installation the app is not being recognized as an application, and is instead showing up as "Open with...Script Editor" which of course fails. Anyone else seen this? Would forcing chmod +x fix this, or is there some other mysterious way to get the finder to recognize an app as an app? _______________________________________________ Unsubscribe or switch delivery mode: <http://www.realsoftware.com/support/listmanager/> Search the archives: <http://support.realsoftware.com/listarchives/lists.html> |
