Fargo,

I am the one that started this thread.  I can not say exactly what
I am doing, however, in actuality, I do not need tenths of seconds,
but I do need an accurate X.0 Seconds, and X.5 Seconds.

That is what caused me to ask about tenths.

I do appreciate everyone's responses.
