The RS response in that feedback REALLY bothers me:

It looks like the RS bias towards Windows over the Mac keeps getting  
stronger and stronger... proposing a windows solution to a mac  
customer is VERY disturbing!

That said, in 2007R3 you can still drag and ResEdit type .rsrc files  
containing a single CURS resource into the project and the cursor  
will work.. I just tried it on OSX 10.4.10 PPC G5
