Sparkle for REALbasic update

I have updated Sparkle for REALbasic.  All known annoyances have been  
addressed:

        • You can now set the framework location at runtime
        • You can now set and get user defaults at runtime
        • You can now handle the ‘version found’ and ‘cancel Sparkle app  
quit’ events via delegates.
The first two changes make it possible to test Sparkle in debug builds.
