Container Control Position locking broken???

I'm embedding container controls inside a pagePanel control, and can't  
seem to get them to resize with the parent window.

The pagePanel resizes just fine, but the embedded instance of the  
container control does not.

I've set it's LockLeft,LockTop,LockRight,LockBottom properties all to  
true, but it does not work at all.

Any tricks I'm missing out on???
