Where to put the CVS-ID?

Hi List!

We use a CVS-ID`s in our source files. For RB I use just a comment in 
the App class, like:
> ' $Id: App.rbbas,v 1.11 2008/01/25 09:35:54 tom Exp $

For a more complex project I want to use such ID in _every_ source file 
but I'm not sure where I should place it in a class/module etc...

I wonder how other people use the CVS-ID. Where do you place it in a 
RB-Project?
