It's actually a fairly common job title for janitorial staff in the US
(at least in the midwest).

The use of the term custodian for cleaning staff most likely started
as a term of higher respect and may be an indication of higher pay or
more responsibilities.
Just below they list "domestic engineer" which of course is a common
term for "house wife" here.

I remember that some EPS files had the preview image in the resource
fork which was easy to get.
For others I think you can get it by using OpenAsPicture and you get
only the preview as EPS is ignored.
And third, on Mac OS X, there is a CGPSConverterMBS class which can make
you a PDF from the EPS data.
