[OT] Unfinished Project for Sale?

Hello.  This may be a strange request, but I'm looking to purchase some 
"unfinished" projects.  Basically, I'm looking for projects that people 
would consider selling in their current state.  This can include 
projects that are "mostly" done, but still need more polish than you're 
willing to do.

I could buy the projects, finish them and sell them on my own.

If you have something like this, please email me off-list with the 
following information:

description of project
reason for discontinue
requested price
basic overview of "code"
