This sounds as if you're looking for a way to edit windows side by  
side ala RB 5.5.5.  If so, there's no way to do this (easily) in  
200X.  You'll actually need to switch back and forth between the  
window tabs in the IDE.  Some have reported success with opening two  
copies of the same project, but I've never gotten that to work  
consistently.
