In the server end, RED5 which relies on java. On the client end use FLEX or flash and deploy as an AIR application.


Never heard of FLEX or AIR..

They said they were "kicking around the idea of making there own chat" not sure why,
perhaps for in house use, not really sure.

RED5 ???
