Hi,

You can purchase the certificate from any of the following companies:

Thawte http://www.thawte.com/code-signing/index.html
Verisign
http://www.verisign.com/products-services/security-services/code-signing/digital-ids-code-signing/index.html
Comodo http://www.instantssl.com/code-signing/
GeoTrust
http://www.geotrust.com/products/signing_services/code_signing_microsoft_authenticode.asp
GlobalSign
http://www.globalsign.com/developer/code-signing-certificate/index.htm

I personally use a Thawte certificate.

First you need to buy a certificate from a recognized authority.

Stan
