In that case:

1) you buy a Mac on eBay. It does not come with any software. You have no
way at all to install a Mac operating system which does not break the
software license. Which is illegal on Apples part as it does indeed
constitute an illegal restricted use.

2) You buy a Mac (lets say a iMac on eBay). You install Linux on it. You buy
a 8´core PC. You install MacOS X on it. This seems legal in Europe as there
is even a precedence for it: Microsoft tried to prohibit people selling on
their Win licenses when they installed Linux. That was declared illegal in
Europe. From that it follows that it is legal too to install a original Macs
OS on a PC and then upgrade it as you like (or in other words if you have an
original restore disk in addition to your Leo then you are covered).

In my opinion Psystar is on to something.

And Joe, you might be right in saying "that is in Apples license", but for
me at least it throws a bad light on Apple. And you can't say it is piracy
as the OS has been paid for (so it is not pirated) and the question of
whether it is legal to install it on PCs not resolved (precedence would
suggest it is indeed legal).
