IS what Apple s doing any different than what console makers do like
Nintendo, Sony, MS ?

There "software" is more or less tied to the system. Its not like you  
could
put a Wii game in 360 or a 360 game in Wii etc... and play the game.

According to Psystar this would be a monopoly. Console makers prevent
users from use the software on what ever hardware they choose.

Yeah right...
