Good point.

I guess if can have your app find out if its a real Mac or not, then  
if a fake Mac you could tell them whatever
Humm hard to say.

Well, thats why  I said more or less.  True there are emulators...   
but for the most part..
Yeah I think with the original xbox they were able to get linux on it,  
which from what I hear
didn't sit well with MS, so they tried to prevent that with the 360,  
or so I've heard.
