anyone have an example of how to add a few fields on disclosure ?
I have a first name and last name on a person, and I would like to add
title, suffix and a few other advanced issues, but not have them visible
unless asked for.

This could be simple if this was at the bottom of the screen, but this is
almost at the top with a few more fields below and buttons to name a few
things.
I was thinking about using a container for this.
