Here's the release note along with the specifics of what you need to remove

[Kis] [IDE] N/A: The 2007r4 and 2007r5 IDEs on Windows write out the
            debugger preferences in such a way that older versions of
            REALbasic cannot read them in without crashing.  If you run
            a copy of 2007r4 or r5 and debug an application, there are
            empty REG_SZ registry keys written out to
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\REALSoftware\REALbasic with names like Debugger Object Property View Style (XXX), where XXX is the name of an object property. These empty string keys are
            what cause the older IDEs to crash, and so they should be
            removed from the registry if you wish to use 2007r3 or
