I'm not finding the "how to" in the Language Reference. You must be using a Windows PC as that is the only place I've seen this. It has never been a Mac option and Rb hasn't specialized on any one platform for a while. I think that RS is now focussing on the cross-platform API's now and platform specific ones are not included.
