Sorry for the late reply

There is no "converter" to use VBS(WSH,WMI) in RB 
BUT there are a few ways to implement this(depending on how you want to go
about it)

Looks like Sam and Fargo sent you some great info & there is the WFS


Feel free to mail me off list if you do want to venture more into the VBS
route
