[ANN] Source List, Action Bar & Pill Button Controls - now cross platform

It seems we underestimated the number of Windows / Linux users who are  
interested in our GUI classes.
We have spent a bit of time based on feedback from these users  
updating these controls to be cross platform friendly (redraw, key &  
mouse handling event chains all re-written)
All classes have been thoroughly tested on OS X 10.4 & 10.5 and as far  
as we can tell they are bug free.
If any Windows/linux users experience problems with these classes,  
please let us know by leaving a comment on our site describing your  
issues.
