Try compiling a trivial project, then open its Info.plist file using the stuff in macoslib. That might allow you to reproduce the problem.

Hi Folks,

I've just had a report from a user about a bunch of log messages generate when our RB-generated apps are run. I ran the app and find these:

2009-01-29 13:59:51.984 MetadataView[8527] CFLog (0):
CFPropertyListCreateFromXMLData(): plist parse failed; the data is not proper UTF-8. The file name for this data could be:
       (UNKNOWN)
The parser will retry as in 10.2, but the problem should be corrected in the plist.

I then tried other project and set the same thing for all of them.

Trying again:

I then tried other projects and see the same thing for all of them.

Is this something I'm doing, or is the Info.plist being generated improperly?

Tim
